This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on sansushi.md, their purpose, provider, duration and how users can change their choice. The controller is SANDLINA S.R.L., IDNO 1013600023413, registered office at 26 Valea Crucii Street, office 38, Chișinău, email info@sansushi.md.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. The website may also use localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, tags, identifiers and iframes. First-party cookies are set on sansushi.md; third-party cookies are set or read by an external service provider.
2. Consent rules
- Strictly necessary cookies operate without consent because they are indispensable for the cart, checkout, security, language and storage of the user’s choice.
- Functional, statistical and marketing cookies are off by default. The related script, pixel or iframe is not requested by the browser before that category is accepted.
- “Reject optional” is as accessible as “Accept all”. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the page does not mean acceptance.
- Users can accept by category and change or withdraw their choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
- Withdrawal stops future requests. Accessible first-party cookies are deleted; some third-party cookies may need to be removed through the browser. The page reloads after a change to stop services already initialised.

WPConsent may store a consent log in the site’s WordPress database: WordPress user or guest, anonymised IP, country, category choices, banner context/language and date. This is not a cookie and is deleted automatically after no more than 2 years.

The exact third-party list may vary with Google/Meta login state, region, browser and provider configuration. A local placeholder is displayed without a request to Google Maps or Facebook before acceptance.

The website uses Yandex Metrica counter 71189800 and Google Analytics 4 properties G-82J36XKDDE and G-7XGFPD6JM4. Retired Universal Analytics codes UA-190185580-1 and UA-4746735-56 must be removed.

The website uses Meta Pixel ID 250674698747611. The pixel must be initialised once and must not receive names, telephone numbers, emails, addresses, comments, payment data or checkout fields.
4.5. Google Tag Manager and online payment
Google Tag Manager (GTM-T7NCKF5) is a tag manager and is not automatically “strictly necessary”. It loads only after the user accepts at least Statistics or Marketing; container tags run strictly according to the accepted category.
When the user actively selects online payment, the bank/payment processor may use necessary cookies for security, 3D Secure authentication and fraud prevention on its secure page. They do not load on regular sansushi.md pages and are governed by the policy of the processor shown in the payment flow.
5. Managing the choice
On the first visit, three equally accessible actions are available: “Accept all”, “Reject optional” and “Customise”. Strictly necessary is always active and all other categories are off. The choice is stored for 180 days. A material change to categories or services causes the banner to be displayed again.
A Global Privacy Control signal is respected as refusal of optional categories. Users can change their choice through “Cookie Settings” or remove cookies/storage through the browser.
6. Transfers to external providers
Google, Meta and Yandex may process data in the EEA, the United States or other countries. Services are requested only after consent. Recipients, transfer mechanisms and rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Updates and contact
